This is not legal advice. For the app we lean on Apple’s standard agreement. That is the simplest path for an indie App Store app.

1. The app — EULA

The license for the EarPT app is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless App Store Connect says otherwise.

In short: the app is licensed, not sold. You may use it on devices tied to your Apple ID, under Apple’s rules. We are responsible for the app’s content; Apple runs the store.

2. Purchase

• You get ten workout sessions to try the app, at whatever floor placement set. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks every floor and track as they exist at the time of purchase.
• Payment and refunds are handled by Apple. Ask Apple Support first for IAP refunds.
• This is a license to use the gym, not a promise of new rooms forever, and not a subscription. We may stop selling the app or stop shipping updates. The copy on your device should keep working as long as the system allows.
• We do not promise lifetime support or that the app will remain in the App Store.

EU/EEA: withdrawal rights for digital App Store purchases follow Apple’s consumer terms.

3. The website and support

This site is information and support. Content may change. Write to support@earpt.com for honest questions and feedback.

4. No promise of “perfect pitch”

EarPT is practice. Results depend on how you train. We do not promise a level, a career, or that you will pass an entrance exam.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app and site are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost practice time, or data that disappears when you delete the app. Mandatory consumer law in your country comes first.

• Det är en licens att använda gymmet, inte ett löfte om nya rum för evigt, och inte en prenumeration. Vi får sluta sälja appen och sluta skicka uppdateringar. Kopian på din enhet ska fortsätta fungera så länge systemet tillåter.
• Vi lovar inte livstids support eller att appen stannar i App Store.

EarPT är träning. Resultat beror på hur du övar. Vi lovar inte en viss nivå, en karriär eller att du klarar ett antagningsprov.

5. Ansvar

Så långt lagen tillåter tillhandahålls appen och sajten i befintligt skick. Vi ansvarar inte för indirekt skada, förlorad övningstid eller data som försvinner när du raderar appen. Tvingande konsumenträtt i ditt land gäller före det här stycket.
