This is not legal advice. For the app we lean on Apple’s standard agreement. That is the simplest, most travelled path for an indie app with an App Store subscription.

1. The app — EULA

The license for the EarPT app is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless App Store Connect says otherwise.

In short: the app is licensed, not sold. You may use it on devices tied to your Apple ID, under Apple’s rules. We are responsible for the app’s content; Apple runs the store.

2. Subscription

• Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple. Manage them in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the App Store.
• Price and length are shown in the app before you confirm (yearly with a trial, or monthly).
• The trial becomes a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel in time, under Apple’s terms.
• Floor 1 in the app stays free. Higher floors and other tracks need an active subscription or an open trial.

EU/EEA: withdrawal rights for digital App Store purchases follow Apple’s consumer terms. Ask Apple Support first for IAP refunds.

3. The website and support

This site is information and support. Content may change. Write to support@earpt.com for honest questions and feedback.

4. No promise of “perfect pitch”

EarPT is practice. Results depend on how you train. We do not promise a level, a career, or that you will pass an entrance exam.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app and site are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost practice time, or data that disappears when you delete the app. Mandatory consumer law in your country comes first.

• Betalning, förnyelse och uppsägning sköts av Apple. Hantera det i Inställningar → [ditt namn] → Prenumerationer, eller via App Store.
• Pris och längd visas i appen innan du bekräftar (årsvis med provperiod, eller månadsvis).
• Provperioden övergår i betald årsprenumeration om du inte säger upp i tid, enligt Apples villkor.
• Våning 1 i appen förblir gratis. Högre våningar och övriga banor kräver aktiv prenumeration eller pågående prov.

EU/EES: ångerrätt för digitala köp via App Store hanteras enligt Apples konsumentvillkor. Kontakta Apple Support för återbetalning av IAP i första hand.

4. Ingen garanti om “perfekt gehör”

EarPT är träning. Resultat beror på hur du övar. Vi lovar inte en viss nivå, en karriär eller att du klarar ett antagningsprov.

5. Ansvar

Så långt lagen tillåter tillhandahålls appen och sajten i befintligt skick. Vi ansvarar inte för indirekt skada, förlorad övningstid eller data som försvinner när du raderar appen. Tvingande konsumenträtt i ditt land gäller före det här stycket.
